    155 days is a one-month early warning against the typical 183-day cliff used by most jurisdictions. The 50% and 85% percentages apply to whatever custom goal you set per country, so the same alerts work whether the threshold is 60, 90, 183, or anything else.

A permit usually lapses on one continuous absence rather than on an annual day count, so you can keep a country's day count low and still lose the permit by staying away too long.
